The biggest motivation in the world is Self Motivation. Unless you are motivated by yourself, no one can motivate you. No matter how much you listen to the big motivational speakers, there is no point in not being self-motivated.
We are motivated to listen to people’s motivational speeches, lectures, but its status remains for a very short time… when it is heard, we may get excited, our eyes light up… but after a while it is like before.
The most important thing in life is self motivation and self control. If you don’t have control over your mind, no motivation will work in your life.
Renowned American author and motivational speaker Stephen R. Covey said “Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly. ” That is, “Motivation is a fire within oneself, if someone else tries to ignite it, it will hardly ignite.”
This means that someone can inspire you to achieve your goal, but you have to move forward to achieve the goal. You have to take action, you have to cost day and night. No one else will ever do that for you.
Motivation is a source that will prepare your mind to achieve your goals. Proper motivation can take you to a position you never imagined.

Remember, no success comes without a goal. Success will come or what if you don’t set a goal to succeed? Dreaming of success without setting goals is no less than a fantasy. You are the one who dreams of success, but when you live a goalless life and do not even come close to success, you will blame your own destiny.
Dream, decide what you need to do to make that dream come true. Everything will be possible if you set your goals first.
Goal setting can be of three types:
1. Short Term: Any goal that can be achieved in a few weeks or months.
2. Medium Term: Any goal that may take a year or two.
3. Long-term: This type of goal is called long-term career plan, buying a house or a car.
After setting goals, you have to plan accordingly. If your goal is long term then divide it into smaller milestones according to plan. Then achieve milestones one by one according to that plan. These milestones act like stair steps. One by one, you will see that you have reached your real goal.
Moreover will plan separately for each day. Spend at least 10-20 minutes every night before going to bed to list what you need to do tomorrow. This list will give you an idea of what to do tomorrow. You will understand how much work you have to do tomorrow, how much hard work you have to do or what you have to spend more time on. If you finish the work of this plan the night before, then your mind will be set up for the next day’s work and there will be no chance to miss any work in the next day’s work.
Stay True to Your Goals and Objectives:
When you pursue a goal, you will find in life some people who will disappoint you in various ways. The motivation of the wrong people can put you in a lot of danger. You will think for a while, “Damn, my goal is not right. Achieving this will not do anything in life. ”
Remember, there is no time to be discouraged. When you set a goal, you must stick to it. Instead of trying to recover, you wallow in your sadness and thus, experience more failure. Always keep yourself motivated.
Always Stay Away from Negative People:
“Something will happen to you”, “You can’t do it”. Many around you will tell you this. Always stay away from people who talk negatively like this. Their will will cause the untimely death of your will.
People with positive thinking are the best motivators. Whenever a negative thought comes to your mind, you must talk to people with positive thoughts. You will see that your self-confidence will increase automatically. So always try to be with people who think positively.
No More Worries:
Anxiety starts from over-thinking about something. If you always think extra, the negative aspects will come to the fore. We all know that the future is uncertain, but that doesn’t mean we have to wait for something worse than what we want in the future. Why are you wasting today thinking about what will happen tomorrow? Use today as a way to make tomorrow better.
It may be that something good is waiting for us in the future that we never thought possible. So we have to move forward every day, every moment with the thought that nothing good will happen in the future.
